| Details: | In these two talks we will talk about Ricci flow on compact surfaces with an aim to prove the uniformization theorem. The first talk will introduce Ricci flow on surface describing changes in geometry along the Ricci flow. In the second talk we will give a sketch of proof for uniformization theorem using these techniques. |
