We chart out the phase diagram of ultracold 'spin-half' bosons in an one-dimensional optical lattice in the presence of Aubry-Andr\'e (AA) potential and with spin-orbit (SO) interaction and Raman couplings. The existence of superfluid (SF), localized phases as well as the density wave phase for nearest-neighbor interaction (NNI) are investigated. A spin-dependent momentum distribution of the bosons in the localized phase near the boundary with the SF phase is observed in the presence of SO interaction and the AA potential; this can act as a signature of SF-localized phase transition and can be easily tested in experiments. Finally we investigate the level statistics in the SF phase and demonstrate the change from Gaussian Unitary Ensemble (GUE) to Gaussian Orthogonal Ensemble (GOE) as a function of the Raman coupling with finite NNI. |
