| Details: | Contrary to the two dimensional situation where blow-up occurs only on a finite set, in an open Euclidean domain of dimension four or higher it is possible to have blow-up on larger sets. It can be written as a union of a finite set and the zero set of a poly-harmonic function. I will talk about the role of the zero set in quantization of energy. |
