The properties of the first galaxies which formed during the first billion years of our Universe are still unknown. One of the most efficient ways of probing these early sources is by observing their signatures on surrounding neutral hydrogen distribution. The amount of Lyman-alpha, UV and X-rays emitted from these sources will influence the ionization and thermal states of the gas in the intergalactic medium. In this talk, we will review the signature of hydrogen 21-cm signals from the first billion years or so-called the 'epoch of reionization'. We will also discuss the current and future observation efforts in measuring this signal.
